Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ClearCutLeads provides exclusive lead generation services for home service contractors. We deliver verified homeowner leads to contractors on a pay-per-lead basis with territorial exclusivity — one contractor per trade per defined service area.

2. Valid Lead Definition

A valid lead includes verified contact information, a specific service request, and clear details about the homeowner's project needs, including location and timing.

3. Lead Credit Policy

You may request a credit within 48 hours of receiving a lead if: (a) contact information is invalid (wrong number, disconnected, no email response), (b) the lead is a duplicate (same homeowner, same project, within 30 days), (c) the location is outside your defined service area, or (d) the request is not for your defined trade. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle. No cash refunds.

4. Auto-Billing

By creating an account and providing payment information, you authorize ClearCutLeads to charge your payment method on file for each valid lead delivered to your account at the rate agreed upon during onboarding. No charge is made until a lead is delivered.

5. Territorial Exclusivity

ClearCutLeads agrees to work with only one contractor per trade per defined service area. Your territory will not be offered to a competing contractor in the same trade while your account is active and in good standing. Territorial exclusivity is released upon account cancellation.

6. Contractor Obligations

You agree to maintain valid licensing and insurance for your trade, respond to leads in a timely manner, not resell or redistribute lead data, and keep your payment method current and valid.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time with no penalty. Cancellation releases your territorial exclusivity. Outstanding lead charges must be paid. Credits for valid disputes submitted before cancellation are applied within one billing cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClearCutLeads provides leads on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee a minimum volume of leads, conversion rates, or revenue. Our liability is limited to the value of leads delivered. We are not responsible for the outcome of interactions between contractors and homeowners.

9. Modifications

ClearCutLeads reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ClearCutLeads will be resolved through binding arbitration.
